Karl has always had a passion for health & fitness. Combining this passion alongside nutrition, Karl brings a wealth of knowledge in not just fitness but in health and wellness. Whilst really enjoying his strength and resistance training, he appreciates the benefits of functional training and how BFT programs cover all aspects of fitness. Karl has always aspired to own his own gym, with the desire to help people improve their lives through exercise and nutrition.
