BFT is the perfect training partner for HYROX with our progressive strength and conditioning programs. Every week we work all energy systems, all muscle fibre types and all fascial planes of movement - it’s a full body workout, just like a HYROX race.
We’ve just kicked off our 10 week training block to prep you perfectly for race day. From Monday - Saturday you will experience progressive periodized programming that will build your overall strength and conditioning using our 14 different programs. Sunday is Hyrox specific, with every session featuring each of the 8 Hyrox movements and plenty of running!
