We have joined forces with HYROX, Europe's largest fitness race. BFT is the exclusive training centre for HYROX in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, with official HYROX training centres across Europe.

The BFT training system is the perfect program for your HYROX training plan. In addition to our existing progressive, science-based workouts, we have added HYROX-specific training programs to our weekly schedule. You’ll get the best possible preparation for your HYROX competition amongst our unrivalled communities.

 

10 Week Hyrox Training Blocks

 

HYROX Sunday's are our secret weapon for BFT members to excel on Race Day! Our 10-week HYROX Sundays are designed to best prepare members for the HYROX race experience, featuring progressive programming that will develop aerobic capacity and skill acquisition. Every session features each of the 8 HYROX movements and plenty of running!


As you build closer to race day, the sessions will build in duration so you will gradually adapt to the training and get familiar with training beyond your previous limits! Our longest session is just over 90min, which is the average finish time for a Hyrox race. Right before race day, you will see a taper or reduction in training duration to be sure you are at peak preparedness (feeling fresh) and ready for race day!
