Come 15 minutes early in athletic attire and a water bottle. We will check you in, provide you with a heart rate monitor, and introduce you to a coach who will review the session details with you.

FAQs

What makes BFT different?
We are your all-in-one fitness solution. We combine progressive programming, a personal training experience, technology used by professional athletes to perform at an optimal level, and a motivating group community environment to deliver results at all fitness levels.
How many coaches are in each session?
In every session, we have 2-3 highly accredited coaches. This provides a personal training experience in a welcoming and motivating group environment.
What does progressive programming mean?
Our 8-10 progressive programming blocks are intentionally designed to increase strength through progressive overloads, not a collection of workouts. BFT has 14 program types that are carefully curated to activate your three muscle fiber types, work through your three planes of movement, and stress your three energy systems each week.
How long is each session?
Each session is 50 minutes long other than Saturday's which are 60 minutes. We do have a 5 minute warmup and 5 minute cool down to specific to each session. This means that you can expect 1 hour Monday - Friday and Sunday, and 70 minutes on Saturday.
Do I need to be experienced in fitness to join BFT?
Everybody is welcome no matter your fitness level or experience. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to enhance your current routine, our welcoming community and coaches are here to support you. Our coaches are dedicated to guiding you through personalized attention that match your goals and abilities, ensuring you feel safe and empowered every session.
How many program types does BFT have?
BFT features 14 different program types that range from strength, conditioning, cardio, and resistance focuses. This gives members the ability to properly recover and consistently attend sessions on a consistent basis.
