I’m Coach Janeece! I am married and mama to three kids. I’ve always loved being active with dance, running, and trail hiking.
After having three babies I was faced with many challenges. I struggled mentally and found solace attending various group HIIT and strength classes. I quickly fell in love with how exercise made me feel physically and mentally. I knew I wanted to help other people, so in 2021 I decided to get my Group Strength Coach Certification. My passion for fitness has helped me through tough times in my life. I want to help others accomplish their own goals throughout their fitness journey.
When I’m not coaching, I’m at one of my kids’ sports games, watching hockey, and eating sushi.
