Lauren

Lauren comes to us originally from New Jersey! She attended Florida State, graduating in 2024 and just couldn't leave Florida! Lauren has played competitive sports her entire life, which naturally led to her love for health and fitness and completing her NASM certification! Lauren is extremely passionate about helping others build strength, confidence and maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle! FUN FACT : When Lauren is not in the gym, she is putting her degree in interior architecture and design to work by designing hospitals and medical facilities!
