Hello! I'm Coach Sarah. My passion for fitness and health began in college when I fell victim to the infamous freshman 15. I spent plenty of time at the rec center trying to shed those extra pounds, and now I’m dedicated to helping others meet their goals and fall in love with fitness. I work a 9-5 job in business operations from home, and coaching at BFT is my favorite way to stay active and meet new people. When I’m not at BFT, you can find me enjoying the lake in the Hill Country, unwinding with a glass of red wine, or indulging in some delicious Tex-Mex
