I’m so excited and grateful to be part of this amazing community! Health and fitness have always been my passions. Growing up, I played various sports like dance, softball, soccer, volleyball, and track. After my dance career ended, I pursued personal training and sports nutrition certifications to stay active while helping others. Since then, I’ve studied kinesiology and sports medicine and earned certifications in Yoga (200hr RYT), pre/postnatal fitness, and mat Pilates, with more on the way! I specialize in strength training, nutrition, and supporting current and future mamas. I can’t wait to help you crush your goals! 💪
