Aben

Coach Aben is one of our 1st Coaches to hit 100 classes. Aben is our evening coach so you'll most likely see him evenings and weekends. Coach Aben obtained his Kinesiology degree through the college of Marin. He also has his National Academy of Sports Medicine certification.
