I have been a part of the fitness industry since 2015 and love being a part of people’s journey to health and wellness! When I am not at the gym I love spending time with my wife, 2 kids and 2 German Shepherds. I also love watching college football (Go Buckeyes), competing in fitness competitions and spending time outdoors. I am most excited to see BFT change countless lives around Forsyth County.
