Chris
Chris is a certified personal trainer through NASM and a certified flexologist through FTP with experience coaching strength and conditioning for athletes. He looks forward to training the BFT members because he specializes in helping individuals hit their goals and pushing them to their maximal peak without overdoing it. Coaching means a lot to Chris because fitness brings you to a place where you have to challenge yourself and you find out who you really are. The habits and lessons learned in pushing yourself through fitness will translate into all areas of your life!
