Brian is a certified personal trainer and well-rounded athlete. He has high-level experience in many different workout modalities such as weightlifting, calisthenics, and plyometrics. He is ecstatic to be with BFT because he is able to help others begin or advance their fitness journey with science-backed programming! He enjoys coaching because it allows him to help others progress to their fitness and health goals in a safe manner! He is inspired by Shark Tank, content creation, and is a huge football fan.
