Vegetables: 2x 300g baby spinach, 500g mixed salad leaves, 1 bunch kale, ½ wombok, 6 roma tomatoes, 2 red capsicum, 1 bunch spring onions, ¼ Jap pumpkin, 1 large eggplant, 1 carrot, 1 Lebanese cucumber, 1 small packet mushrooms, 1 bunch broccolini, 100g green beans, 1 zucchini, ½ cauliflower, 2 sticks celery, 1 onion

Aromats and herbs: ginger, garlic

15 eggs

500g firm tofu


Fridge items

5 Danone yo-pro yogurts (160g tub)

1L Chobani 0.5% plain Greek yogurt

200g fetta block

100g Haloumi

1L skim milk


Pantry items

San Remo wholemeal lasagne

400g crushed tomatoes

1 jar pasta sauce (i.e. Five Brothers Tomato Basil)

Pickled ginger (optional)

1 packet Mission small wholemeal pitas

Burgen bread

3x 125g tin chickpeas

2x 400g tin chickpeas

Quinoa (or 3 microwave cups brown rice and quinoa blend)

2 microwave cups brown rice

2 microwave cups basmati rice

Tumeric, paprika and cumin

Mixed seeds

250ml vegetable stock

Men: 3 Health Lab ‘Game Changer’ salted caramel protein balls, 4 microwave cups basmati rice, The Happy Snack Company Roasted chickpeas – box with individual serve packets
