Week 8 shopping list – Standard M+F

Produce

Fruit: 4 bananas, 4 avocadoes, 1 mango, 2 apples, 2 lemons, 1 lime

Vegetables: 2x 500g baby spinach, 1 bunch kale, ½ wombok, 6 roma tomatoes, 2 red capsicum, 1 bunch spring onions, ¼ Jap pumpkin, 1 large eggplant, 1 carrot, 1 Lebanese cucumber, 1 small packet mushrooms, 1 bunch broccolini, 250g green beans, 1 zucchini, 1 onion

Aromats and herbs: 1 punnet chives, 1 green chilli, garlic

Men: 6 bananas

 

Meat and alternatives

4 skinless chicken breasts

400g salmon fillet (or x4 100g fillets)

150g smoked salmon

 

Fridge items

6 Danone yo-pro yogurts (160g tub)

1L Chobani 0.5% plain Greek yogurt

150g fetta block

1 litre skinny milk

 

Pantry items

San Remo wholemeal lasagne

400g crushed tomatoes

1 jar pasta sauce (i.e. Five Brothers Tomato Basil)

Pickled ginger (optional)

1 packet Mission small wholemeal pitas

12 eggs

4x 95g tins tuna in oil

Burgen Soy-Lin bread

Quinoa (or 1.5 microwave cups brown rice/quinoa, and 8.5 cups for men)

2 microwave cups brown rice

Muffins: Extra Rolled oats, Vanilla extract, Cinnamon, Honey

Bliss balls GF: LSA, Cocoa, Peanut butter, cinnamon, chosen sweetener (see recipe)

Men: 6 Health Lab ‘Game Changer’ salted caramel protein balls, 2 microwave cups of quinoa

Freezer items

500g Frozen berries

Frozen edamame beans – no pods (if you cant find, use frozen peas)
