Week 7 shopping list – Standard M + F

Produce

Fruit: 4 bananas, 3 apples, 2 avocados, 2 lemon

Vegetables: 500g salad greens, 500g baby spinach, 300g chopped kale, 400g butternut pumpkin, 7 tomatoes, 2 red/yellow capsicums, 400g baby carrots, 1 Lebanese cucumber, 200g button mushrooms, 1 bunch Chinese broccoli (gai lan), 2 small punnets cherry tomatoes, 1 bunch of asparagus, 1 large handful of sugar snap peas, 1 brown onion, 3 red onion

Aromats and herbs: ginger, garlic, 1 chilli, punnet of mint, punnet of basil, punnet parsley

Men: 5 bananas

 

Meat and alternatives

2 lamb backstrap fillets

2 skinless chicken breasts

350g firm tofu

 

Fridge items

150g fetta

200g ricotta

1L milk of choice

3 Danone yopro yogurts (160g each)

1L Chobani 0.5% plain Greek yoghurt

 

Pantry items

14 eggs

3 x400g tin of chickpeas

6x 95g can tuna in oil

400g tin baby corn

Ryvita

Burgen bread

1 large packets of Cobs plain popcorn

500g box Kellogg’s all-bran Wheat flakes

2 microwave cups brown rice

½ cup pistachio nuts

Quinoa (or 2 microwave cups brown rice and quinoa blend for women, and 8 cups for men)

Men: 1 Health Lab ‘Game Changer’ salted caramel protein balls, 4 microwave cups brown rice
