Produce

Fruit: 4 apples, 4 bananas, 2 avocado, 1 lemon

Vegetables: 2 baby cos lettuce, 1 kale bunch, 300g mixed salad leaves, 500g baby spinach, 600g Carisma potatoes (or ‘spud lite’), 1 butternut pumpkin, 400g green beans, 1 head broccoli,1 bunch broccolini, 300g button mushrooms, 3 punnets cherry tomatoes, 1 small bag celery sticks, 2 Lebanese cucumbers, 2 carrot, 1 zucchini, 2 red capsicum, 2 Spanish Onion, 2 brown onion, 5 radishes

Aromats and herbs: 1 punnet parsley, 1 punnet mint, garlic

Men: 6 apple

500g firm tofu

6 Danone Yo-pro

150g feta

(you will need a few tbs Chobani 0.5% Greek yoghurt so buy a tub if you have run out)

2x 400g tin of crushed tomatoes

2x 400g tin of chickpeas

1x 400g tin butter beans

2x 400g tin red kidney beans
