Fruit: 5 apple, 2 banana, 1 lemon, 1 lime, 1 avocado

Vegetables: 500g baby spinach, 500g mixed salad leaves, 1 bunch kale, 2 red onion, 2 brown onion, 2 red capsicum, 1 yellow capsicum, 2 green capsicum, 4 Lebanese cucumber, 2 standard tomatoes, 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, 100g snow peas, 100g button mushrooms, 1 bunch Chinese broccoli, 1 zucchini

Aromats: Garlic (or garlic paste), Ginger (or ginger paste), Creative Gourmet lemongrass paste, Creative Gourmet thai tube paste, punnet parsley, punnet mint
