1 bunch spring onion, 2 lebanese cucumber, 1 green capsicum, 200g green beans, 150g snow peas, 3 zucchini, 300g button mushroom, 200g sweet potato, ¼ jap pumpkin, 1 eggplant, 1 brown onion

Aromats and herbs: 1 punnet coriander, 1 punnet parsley, 1 punnet mint, ginger, garlic
