Fruit: 5 apple, 2 banana, 1 lemon, 2 lime, 1 avocado

Vegetables: 500g bag of Mixed salad leaves, 500g + 300g spinach leaves, 1 bunch of kale, 1 small lettuce, 2 green capsicum, 2 red capsicum, 2 yellow capsicum, 1 carrot, 3 lebanese cucumber, 2 tomatoes, 2 punnets cherry tomatoes, 100g button mushrooms, 1 bunch Chinese broccoli, 1 bunch bok choy, 1 handful green beans, 1 red onion, 2 brown onion,

Aromats: Garlic (or garlic paste), Ginger (or ginger paste), Creative Gourmet lemongrass paste, Creative Gourmet thai tube paste, punnet fresh parsley, punnet fresh mint, 1 chilli
